KENT, Wash. - Douglas McGregor was quiet as he was arraigned on second degree rape charges for assaulting an elderly patient. According to court documents, on Feb. 18, McGregor's co-worker at the Weatherly Inn Assisted Living Facility in Kent heard an Alzheimer's patient crying in her room.
