Woman charged with arson in Kent apartment fire (NorthWest Cable News)

KENT, Wash. - Kent fire investigators have arrested and charged a woman with arson in the first degree in connection with an apartment fire on Jan. 29. The fire started on the second floor of the two-story building in the 11000 block of SE Kent Kangley Road.
